Régis MITJAVILE - Managing Partner
A graduate of INSEAD, Régis Mitjavile started his career as a Financial Management Consultant for SEMA, then was Financial Manager of a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Group, and, from 1988 to 1998, was Corporate Banking Manager at Banque du Phénix (AGF Group). There, he had the opportunity to develop a portfolio of intermediate finance and, in 1992 he founded Phénix Mezzanine, the second French fund dedicated to mezzanine financing. He founded IFE in 1999.

Jean-Pascal LEY - Partner
A French business school and MBA graduate, Jean-Pascal Ley started his career in 1985 with CIBC. In 1990, he joined Banque du Phénix (AGF Group) where he was in charge of Acquistion Finance (senior debt and mezzanine), under the supervision of Régis Mitjavile. He was a principal of Phénix Mezzanine and structured several acquisition deals. In 1997, he joined ABN Amro, where he was in charge of large international LBO’s before joining IFE in 1999.

Jean-Pierre MOLIN - Partner
A graduate of HEC and of the Harvard Business School, Jean-Pierre Molin spent the major part of his career with the Suez Group (Banque Indosuez), both in France and in the US, where he had various responsabilities in commercial and investment banking. His last assignments included structured finance and securitisation. After becoming a consultant for French and foreign groups in these fields, he joined IFE in 1999 as Senior Advisor.

Dominique FOUQUOIRE - Partner
A graduate of ESTP, HEC (MBA), and Getulio Vargas in Brazil, Dominique Fouquoire started his career in large oil and chemicals groups before joining Paribas in Brazil and then the structured finance department of BUE in Paris. In 1993, he joined Crédit Lyonnais where he was in charge of the development of the structured debt activity, and then of the launching of the mezzanine financing activity. In 2002, he was appointed Managing Director of Mezzanis, the mezzanine fund of Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity. He was on the Board of IFE Fund since its inception in 1999. Joined IFE in early 2006.

Alban CORDIER - Investment Director
A graduate of ESC Rouen, with a major in Finance, Alban Cordier started his career as an Analyst with Société Générale’s Asset Recovery Management department in New York. He then joined Paribas’ M&A team, where he worked on various deals in the consumer goods and retail industries. Alban joined IFE Mezzanine in June 2001.

Laurent WARLOP - Investment Director
A graduate of Paris-IX Dauphine with a major in corporate finance, Laurent Warlop started his career in 2001 as analyst with Crédit Lyonnais New York’s leveraged finance department specialized in the Healthcare industry (hospital chains, nursing homes, medical device, managed care). He then joined Fortis Private Equity France in 2004, a multi-sector small/mid caps fund dedicated to minority investments in expansion capital/buy-out transactions (acquisition financing, MBO, OBO). Laurent joined IFE Mezzanine in May 2007.

Julien MEIR - Senior Associate
A graduate of Audencia Nantes (ESC Nantes), with a major in Finance, Julien Meir started his career as an Analyst and then Associate with Banque Palatine’s leveraged finance team (Caisse d’Epargne/Natixis Group) after completing various internships in finance/Private Equity as in a Small Cap Buyout fund at Axa Private Equity. Julien joined IFE Mezzanine in July 2007.
