IFE III arranger of the €12M mezzanine tranche put in place for the financing of a secondary buy-out transaction lead by Crédit Agricole Private Equity (“CAPE”) on SVP Group
SVP is an “historical” brand founded in 1935 in Paris which provides subscription-based consulting services mainly by telephone, and more marginally via its website, to ca. 7,000 clients – primarily SMEs and local administrative bodies. SVP employs 200 experts/consultants in the fields of labor law, human resources, tax and legal issues as well as economic and market-related matters. Management has also recently initiated a build-up strategy towards activities complementary to SVP’s historical core business (payroll outsourcing, training).

IFE II supports Pénélope in its acquisition of the company CC Team Aurore

An investment of IFE II since July 2010, Pénélope, owned by Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners, is a renowned and arch leader French company specializing in outsourced human resources activities, with three specialities in receptionist services, commercial animation and event reception. Pénélope acquired in June 2011 a company named CC Team Aurore which focuses on outsourced human resources activities.
